Hi All.

No photos of the house until next week, so I figured I could post a music video of the song I am going to walk down the Isle to. I would pay as much as I could to have him play it in our wedding, but as I am not rich I'll just play it from a CD :)

Wallace the dog

Hi folks.

Mum wanted a new photo of Wallace, as he has grown a fear bit since two months ago.

One of him the week after we brought him home, isn't he the smallest litle puppy!

The below shows him from last week. Hi is standing on a bucket to reach the top of the table in order to check out what I am doing. Cutest ever!

We have been working a minimum of 5 hours every Saturday and Sunday for a few weeks now, and it is starting to be very exhausting. Now that I have my camera cord I will keep you updated every weekend.

 This weekend Luke finally started tiling the floors! Heres a photo of him in action :D

This is his final resault for this weekend, nott to bad for the first time ever at floor tiling. (It's pretty flat and good too)

I have painted the second coat on the walles (on pic above) and it turns out it will need a 3rd coat. Dark purple isn't the easiest colour to cover when you want it white! I also painted one coat in the hall way, used a heat gun to remove the old paint on the door frames, and sanded it + sanded the skirting in the third bedroom.  I also scraped off a lof of the paint in the ceeling, as the old was dry and cracked.

More house photos

Hey Guys.

So it's finally time for the todays photos of the house, and on Monday some of the floor tiles will be in place, and an update will follow on the blog :)

Not sure if you got to see the last picture of our bedroom the way it is at the moment.

Second is a photo taken when I stand in the kitchen, looking towards the living room through the open door (Old Archway). 

 The forth photo is taken of out kitchen, standing in the old archway.

Our shower and Luke's first ever tiling jobs, I think it turned out real good!

House reno

Hey all!

I am so sorry for not updating my blog lately I just couldn't find the camera cord.

As you can imagine, we have come a bit further on the house renovations and it is starting to look real good! I have chosen to upload some “before and during” photos on my blog today,  so you can get an understanding on how it looks like now. I will upload the current photos in the near future, and I promise you will not have to wait too long. 

The top photo is taken standing with the living room behind you, looking into the kitchen wall.

The second one shows how munch bigger the room got when the wall was REMOVED! 

The second combo shows a before archway and after Luke squared it out. Makes the house look much bigger and more open. 

This third picture is of the ceiling in the bathroom. The top shows how rotten and bent it was when we bought the house. The below shoes the new ceiling before putting on the cornice and paint. 

The third one shows a picture after taking out the rotten bathroom/hallway wall. The one to the right shows the new unpainted wall.

The fourth and last picture combo shows the new hallway 7 shower wall. The one to the right shows Luke's very first tailing work, a work in progress.
