Celebrating day!

I envy Ina, as this is the package’s that was waiting for her when she came back from her Spring break. It sure is great to have family at home that will send you whatever you want because you miss the taste of Norway! As you know it’s not long since I got my package from my dad and I have to say that it is great to have such amazing parents that will do anything for their kids. :D


We are celebrating today, as I was successful in my interview at SDS! I am one of their Christmas casual and I am going to work as hard as I can so that I might get to keep the job for the entire 6 months. I am finally getting the life I wanted in Australia, working in a busy retail store that I love, living with the people I love, in a sunny place like Australia! Live is great.

So to celebrate I spent the day in the kitchen, baking a chocolate cake and making dinner for all four of us, now that Ina’s back :D

    Takker, takker. Om du klikker på bilde blir de kjempe store og da kan du se detaljert hvor imponerende der ser ut. Og det smakte faktisk kjempe godt, luke ba meg skrive ned oppskriften i boka vår ( dvs jeg må kjøpe en kokebok som skal være vår først:P )kaka har en deiglignende kjerne og greier. alt helt fra bunn :D

    Helene, I'm so glad you got the job, I had a feeling you would. I know what you mean about the taste of Norway, we miss fish balls so much and gullfibeter, neckoloste,liver pate,and of course the chocolate. We were buying it here but it has gotten to be so expensive we had to quit. I make medistakaker and sweet sour cabbage, everyone loves it. I probably didn't spell anything right so I hope you know what I am talking about. You sure made a nice cake, looks delicious. So glad you are happy with your life there, it sounds wonderful.     Veldig gøy med en kokebok en kan skrive oppskrifter i. Kjekt å ha. Den jobben du fikk var det den du skrev om? Når du hadde bilde av deg med rosa topp og olabukse?

    Thank you, I understood what you meant and think you spelt it correct, but I'm actually not sure :P I personally don't like sour cabbage but I love medisterkaker! :D

    Ja det var den surf dive and ski jobben jeg fikk. de sleger billabong og andre kule surferklær. Glir perfekt inn der etter Stormberg =) Og Ina ble kjempe glad :D
